VMWare Tools Troubleshooting Could Not Find mkinitrd

Solution:

  1. Just Execute the VMWare Tools Configuration Script: 
    su
    cd vmware-tools-distr
    bin/vmware-config-tools.pl -d
  2. Then Reboot! 
    reboot

After Rebooting you Should Find VMWare Tools Working!
